- Provide answers to the discovery survey that must be completed and shared with us ahead of your consultation

- Ensure that all communications and requests are made promptly to facilitate the smooth running of your project.

>> Payment Procedure

The Events Muse

  • 1:1 digital consultations must take place in order to begin the creative process and gain the curation of moodboards. They can be booked (subject to availability) and paid for through the website’s booking form. Partial Planning and Full Service packages can later be decided on and booked (subject to availability) and will be invoiced separately. 1:1 digital consultation fees are already accounted for in the overall cost for both of these services.

  • Invoices for Partial Planning and Full Service will be issued at the start of service date and the agreement comes into existence on the date of signing.

  • Partial Planning or Full Service events require a non-refundable deposit that will be stated on the event quotation, and is required upon confirmation of the event booking. The booking deposit secures the event date and allows us to begin planning and securing necessary resources.

  • The Booking Deposit: as will be specified on the invoice, shall be paid by you to us on signing the agreement.

  • The Second Payment: as will be specified on the invoice, is spread out halfway through the event planning process.

  • The Final Payment: as will be specified on the invoice, is due no later than 30 days before the event date. If the event is booked within two weeks of the event date, the full amount is due upon booking.

  • Late Payment: Any outstanding payments not received by the stated due date will incur a late fee of 2% of the unpaid amount per week. This may also impact Services, putting event preparation on hold until the full outstanding balance, including any applicable late fees, is paid in full.

  • Additional Costs:

    • Any additional services or expenses incurred beyond the initial scope of work (such as last-minute requests, overtime, or extra resources) will be invoiced separately and must be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

    • All additional charges will be approved by the client in writing before being incurred.

The Interiors Muse

  • 1:1 digital consultations must take place in order to begin the creative process and gain the curation of moodboards. They can be booked (subject to availability) and paid for through the website’s booking form.
